Data Store Bot may store
- Discord server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, user IDs, and order IDs.
- Store settings such as store title, support channel, staff roles, logs channel, product settings, prices, discounts, gift cards, and delivery text.
- Order data such as product selected, order code, order status, amount, currency, timestamps, and delivery status.
- Premium status and plan-related configuration.
Forwarding AutoPay data
Premium servers can use forwarding AutoPay by forwarding only PayPal or Cash App payment notification emails to a Store Bot forwarding address. Store Bot may process forwarded email data such as provider, amount, currency, order code, payment status, forwarding alias, sender metadata, and message timestamp so it can match a pending order.
Server owners should not forward their full inbox. Store Bot only needs PayPal or Cash App payment notification emails that relate to Store Bot orders.
Optional IMAP AutoPay data
If the optional direct IMAP mode is used, Store Bot may store server AutoPay settings such as IMAP host, email address, encrypted app password, sender filters, keywords, and matching settings. Forwarding AutoPay is available for premium servers that do not want to enter their own IMAP settings.
How data is used
- To create and manage Discord store panels.
- To track orders and delivery status.
- To notify staff through logs.
- To match payment notifications to pending orders.
- To provide premium features such as AutoPay, discounts, gift cards, staff roles, and custom branding.
Data deletion
Users can request deletion of their stored user data through Store Bot privacy commands or by contacting the SMOKNetworks support server. Server-level store/order data may need to remain available to server owners for order history, abuse prevention, support, and accounting-style records.
