Use of Store Bot
Store Bot is provided as a Discord storefront and order management tool for digital products, services, and community perks. Server owners are responsible for what they sell and for following Discord rules, payment provider rules, and applicable laws.
Payments and refunds
Store Bot is not a payment processor and does not directly hold customer funds. Payments are handled by the payment methods and provider accounts configured by each server owner. Store Bot may redirect buyers to a seller-owned Stripe Checkout Session but does not custody the seller’s funds. Refund policies are controlled by the seller unless separately stated by SMOKNetworks.
Premium access
Premium features may include more product slots, AutoPay forwarding, discounts, gift cards, custom branding, staff roles, and logs. Premium access can be changed, revoked, or limited if the bot is abused or used for prohibited activity.
AutoPay forwarding
AutoPay forwarding is designed to match payment notification emails to pending Store Bot orders. It is not a guarantee that every payment email will be detected, parsed, or matched. Server owners should still monitor their own payment accounts.
Seller Stripe integration
Server owners who enable seller-owned Stripe checkout are responsible for their Stripe account, API credentials, products, disputes, refunds, taxes, compliance, and payment-provider fees. Store Bot may encrypt configured credentials and use them to create or inspect Checkout Sessions, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Restricted credentials and regular key rotation are strongly recommended.
Prohibited use
Do not use Store Bot to sell illegal goods, stolen goods, regulated weapons, drugs, adult sexual services, gambling products, malware, phishing tools, or anything that violates Discord policies or payment provider rules.
